
Shipping & Returns
Most of the pieces are handmade to order. For this reason, we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 2-3 week window for your delivery.
For national orders, shipments are sent via Swiss Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a specific date, please email us at info@sherylin.ch and we will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 days of your order.
Please note: If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order jewelry, the entire order will ship only when all items are ready.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx Urgent, with delivery expected within 1–3 days after dispatch.
All FedEx shipments include registered and recorded delivery, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
Please note: the shipping cost shown at checkout does not include duties, taxes, or other customs fees. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
SHERYLIN is not liable for any customs fees or taxes applied to international shipments.

If your package is lost or stolen, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Once a package is in transit, we are no longer directly responsible, but we’ll help you contact the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the investigation doesn’t lead to a resolution, we’ll guide you through the next steps — which may include a potential refund via your payment method (if applicable) or other solutions according to the carrier’s policies.
Please note: the ultimate responsibility for packages in transit lies with the carrier.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please notify us of your return within 7 days of receiving your order. You may exchange your piece or request a refund.
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please email info@sherylin.ch before proceeding with any return or exchange.
Once we have received your return, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process.
